    I have a local clutch shop that started out small. I was buying re-manufactured clutch sets from them in 1974. Now they are still local, do a regular line and a high performance line.

    Centerforce has what you need, pressure plates too.

    Check E-bay, I can usually find old stock or NOS for a very reasonable price shipped to my door.

    A quick search and I found this one for $45 shipped, looks like the one your looking for;
