Hot Rods 33 Chevy Master sedan

I’m working on this 33 Chevy Master Sedan, everything is great metal other than the rear fenders. Talking to a metal smith, about using the fiberglass ones as a pattern but not sure they are correct? Anyone who can tell by these pictures?

 

Here's one off a '33 Master coupe. Looks pretty much the same as the glass ones to me? The odds of running into another '33 Chevy on the street are slim, so I doubt anyone will notice any discrepancies from an original.

 

Is that a fiberglass panel that holds the license plate?
