  12. @Mirko 73 , let me just say that you sir, are a true custom artisan ( your work would make DaVinci himself jealous) . I have never in my life been so in awe of a project, but you got me hooked. As with everything Italians do don’t rush this, if you do you’ll miss something ( and nobody wants that) . Ciao, Chryslerfan55

Thank for your words. In this two years, I made mistakes. Taken by the desire to increase my garage, I bought 4 other cars and I gave priority to their restoration at the expense of this beautiful custom. 2022 should be the right year to start work again. I always thank all of you who follow me and I can't wait to get back to work. I would like to remind you once again that the craftsman who takes care of the project is called Marcello Schettini of "Meccanica & Metallo" I take care of looking for the pieces and creating the project that will then be realized together with "LasVegasKst" on this site, an Italian boy, a little pain in the ass but with good taste. Having said that I hope to start posting photos soon. Greetings

    Here I am!
We have been behind this wonderful project for 7 years.
In these 7 years a lot has been done .... and yet another much needs to be done.
Go back to the first page and see what wreck this work started with .... this also delayed everything.
Mirko73 had a strong courage to face this beautiful ambitious project in Italy.
For us who live on the other side of the world from the USA, everything is more difficult, even buying the individual pieces that are needed to complete the project is "very difficult" every time.
The search on the web, the purchase, but above all the shipping and import costs. Like you, I am also pushing hard so that this project can finally be finished ......
I hope, as Mirko73 said, that 2022 is the year of the positive turning point of this project!
However, if we have reached this point it is thanks to Mirko's great ambition .... otherwise I do not think that other people in Italy (and also Europe) would have ever ventured into a project like this ..... at least me until today I've never seen any like this on this side of the world!
I ask everyone to please continue to go through these pages and ask for information about the project .... it is a source of pride for us .... and a help to move forward in moments of discouragement and sadness .....
Your help moral, is a positive reason for us to move forward and not stop!
Thank you all for the nice words written up to now .... and for those that will be written in the future on this topic.
    Thank you very much everyone!
    Kind Regards
    "Scacco" from Italy.

It’s easy for us to say more, more, more! But we are not the ones who have to do the work, buy the parts, get them over the pond and still chase the beautiful Italian girls!! I’m happy to get the updates when you do them. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Hi my friend, it is a great pleasure to receive your request. At the moment the project is still at a standstill. I hope we can finish the OLDSMOBILE Wagon project (which is about to finish) .... and then the Cadillac Sedanette project will start again. I am particularly attached to this project .... and I often insist telling Mirko to resume work .... but as he also said in previous posts, he has started other projects and tries to finish even those with some difficulties. This I leave you is the link to an Italian Forum of American car enthusiasts ... so you can see some other news on other projects in progress.

probably to be able to view some photos ... you have to sign up for the forum ....

I wish you would have done a build thread on that wagon. 1958 GM anything really trips my trigger.
