Is it on news stands yet? I've been looking for it, maybe a stop at the bookstore is in order tomorrow.
The larger book stores like Barnes and Noble and Borders won't have it until its release date of the first week in September. local "Mom and Pop" shops already have them. Get a sub and you would have yours too! (maybe..). I must say, this issue turned out very well. We're growing, getting better with each new issue. Stay tuned because there is plenty more to come. After finding #5 "My Yuck" then going back for #6 "Snot Rocket" I finally subscribed, and I'm sooo not a magazine subscriber to anything except TRJ. Good mag got lots of HAMB influence.
man yer fast i was just gona say coupe de cabs in it,and i knew i should have painted the signals on those lights black.cab didnt want me to thow.dont tell him but next time his car is back at my shop im doing it any way
....especially when the one at the newsagent has already been thumbed thru by 10 kids that picked their nose and fingered their own arse before they started...but ya bought it anyway!
Looking forward to seeing the mag. I might just have to drive over to zombies and pick up my sub., LOL I paid for two subs, one to read over and over and let the buddies fondle and one to put away for a keep sake.
I just subscribed a few weeks ago and ordered issue #6 while I was at it. I guess number 7 will be in my mailbox any day now. Can't wait. Such a cool mag. Deluxe
Yea larry I can't say thank you enough for those headlights, they really added some finishing touches to the coupe! Thanks a million times over!!!! I don't know if i ever told you but we blew up those headlights up the first time we started the car as we pulled out of Gambinos garage right before heading to Billetproof last year we forgot to change out the original 6 volt bulbs , luckily the autostore was open before we left that night, that would have been a bummer if they blew on the freeway on the way to Antioch. I'd like to thank Zombie and his pops for allowing an article on my Model A to be in Rod & Kulture, there's nothing like opening up a cool hotrod magazine and seeing your ride appear on it's glossy pages. Brandon ...great job, love the pics and the story came out awesome. A special thanks goes to Alex for doing such a nice job restoring it and also all my Road Zombie club mates that helped out in it's process as well... thanks guys, you guys rule! I'd also like to thank God for blessing me with such an awesome car and gifting me with special talents on a skateboard to be able to afford one ( a hotrod). Got my issue of #7 in NYC at the Rumblers show last week from Spike, great to meet ya and yer son, tell him to keep skating and follow his dreams. CAB
i picked up #6 at the rumblers show and was working the other day and ran into borders looking for the new TRJ and saw this. i liked the content of 6 but the editing was pretty poor, as were the layouts. the writing and editing is a ton better in this. really stoked on the 34 chevy article. theres a small pic of it in the jalopyrama article in TRJ 32. almost asked for more pictures on here too. guess i don't need too. still don't like the scrapbooky looking sections. seem out of place.
Yep, support a HAMBer and order it from side valve at The Hot Rod Company, he offers free shiping to HAMBers.
