The potential is there if a guy has the top half of a three window.
Thaay be just the ticket fothat huy

Sorry about this and a couple of phones that suffered from it. I was down taking care of my mom next door and my phone was having sporadic internet connections.

This is a double post due to my having trouble with my phone the other day but I am leaving it as the other folks posts won't make sense without it.
The potential is there if the price is within reason.

That may be just the ticket for that (edited due to phone acting up) Guy who has the top half of a three window and a lot of bad metal down low.

Looks interesting, for my neck of the woods that price is waaay too high though. Looks to me like a period rod maybe finished...rolled? Then some kid got it and started hacking away to make it something, got in over his head and quit.

Could be a future TROG entry with the right amount of $ and effort, use up all those parts you've been Saving!

  7. I’m in the sell mode.
I’ve got enough projects to last a couple decades.
    But, this is interesting.
A complete roadster did just pop up for sake for around the same $ I’m selling something for.
    Hmmmmmmm

but the plan is to use this sale to fund a current project.

To hell with the POS Ford. What's the story on the Hudson in the background.

If it had a ***le, it's be a nice car to do a little ch***is work to, put a motor in it, and drive it around.

A close up look would tell you if it's been worked on recently....just look at the hardware....

  12. GA and Al are bill of sale states.
    But that would ad value
I only have one ***le to all my old rides.
May get a bonded ***le on a couple. Would help resale

Around here, no ***le means big PITA.

  14. Yep.
A notorized paper sack or napkin with a form that states the vin matches the napkin or paper sack bill of sale that’s on it

Don't even have to be notarized in my county......

  16. My old boss had a safe full of bills of sale wrote on napkins, paper sacks and beer boxes.
around here the notary seal speeds up the process. I live in Jefferson County. Those guys play by the rules. My last purchase I tagged had been sitting since 74.
    A notorized bill of sale.
A form signed by an officer verifying the vin
Took about 15 minutes to get it tagged.
    Not too bad

Just curious, after the VIN is verified, does the DMV put it through a data base, ie to see if it’s stolen or what not?

I believe that is automatic in all 50-states.

I just wondered if it could be done so quickly. But that’s good to know.

This one might be best to let someone else hit with hammers.

  21. They ran it.
The last one was I tagged they told me hasn’t been on the books since 74.
The one I’m using a year of make tag they ran the tag number to make sure it’s not being used.
I guess up have em check before I restore a tag
