Technical Multi Carb Setups -Let's see 'em!

I play with inline six cylinders.

Here are some multi carbed intakes I've built; 3 x 1, 2 x 2, 2 x 1, 3 x 2.

Just finished piecing these two together for the ‘59 Pontiac engine in my Stude pickup. I haven’t decided which one I’ll try first, probably the 2x4.

 

This thing is just way too cool. Is it a factory piece or home built?

I obviously made bad career decisions as all I could afford there was a t-shirt and a few beers….

 

I got a deal on a polished M/T cross ram and pieced together this setup. Got a little more work to do on it. It may find its way onto my Austin or maybe the Model A.

Here’s another GNRS photo from @Anderson , how about a 5 x 2? Is this a modified Horne/Cragar manifold or is it some custom one-off?

 

I see 4 carbs and a cooler/filter. JW

 

Gonna make its way into 31 CCPU sometime in the near future. Definitely needs some freshening up, but a pretty good start.

My 50 GMC pickup . . . it’s a 270 GMC bored to 292 with Ross pistons and small port head w/oversized small block valves. Performance cam from Oregon Cam grinders. Cast Nicson exhaust and Nicson intake with a pair of Zeniths. Backed up by a column shifted A833 + 12bolt 3.73 posi. A dream to drive and will take a flogging and come back for more.
