I want to put some speed bleeders on my 39 Ford coupe that has stock brakes. Does anyone have the p/n for them? Thanks in advance.
Take your current bleeders to the store with you. If you have new-ish cylinders, some have been known to have a different size bleeder than Ford made.
3oldcars, Open this link and read my post at #12. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=222249&highlight=speed+bleeder I have a 40 Ford so the bleeders I bought will fit your 39. I bought bleeders that are a little longer to make it easier to bleed. Orginals are just a little too short. The red gizmo is a brake drum safety item that keeps the drum on if the axles breaks.
Bleed nipples containing a one way valve arrangement primarily enabling one person bleeding, but some say they make the process easier / better irrespective of the available help. Chris
