This is a NOS accessory gear shift tension control that attaches to the side of your existing 3 speed transmission side cover, to give a crisper feel to shifts and prevents the trans slipping out of the selected gear. The collar and detent arm are cast bronze. Never installed. $50 shipped in the U.S.
