What's interesting is that orange resembles the same orange that the King of East Coast Modifieds Legend the late - Ritchie Evans used. Makes you wonder..... could it be a old Evans Modified ? Wouldn't that be something.

No, Richie started later then that car was built. Richie started out drag racing a 54 Ford that he cut up for his first hobby stock. Richie's shop was next store to the Rome (N.Y.) D.P.W. shop whose trucks were painted Omaha Orange. The story always was he had a man on the inside to get him paint.
