I have a chance to get a '60 Ford Galaxy wagon that only needs a little body work. The drivers back end has been kissed a bit and the front is just a little out of alignment on the body. The guy is asking 1350.00 firm. 1500.00 if he delivers it from the NorCal area to L.A. I will try and add pics if I can find them. Let me know if this is a good deal. I think these wagons are rare if I am not mistak'in. KNUX!

Just my 2 cents....without seeing it or knowing more details like the rust, engine, interior condition, etc...it sounds like a pretty fair deal.

150 bucks to get it here sounds cheap when you figure how much gasoline and hassle it saves ya

worst comes to worst and you have to sell it, you can't get hit too bad when you only paid $1500 for it...I don't think you can go too far wrong...but let's see some pics if ya got 'em...good luck to ya

A couple of pics of the '60 wagon. The rust you see is only surface rust. It is a Cali car.

shoot- take it for $1500 and flip it if you don't like it, there's a far greater market once it gets to Whittier than in Sacramento. Would make a cool cruiser IMO

That is what I have been trying to tell the other half. If it was me, I would jump on it like last week. It is going to be for her and I will fix it up once in OUR hands. You know I will be driving it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am selling my '53 Plymouth wagon to help get it. Anyone interested? I will have a post on here about it. This is not the right place to do so. I know the rules!!!!!!!!!

Man that looks pretty darn cool. If it runs good, I'd buy it in a sec. Overall the body looks great.

Said it would need a little massaging but who knows? It has a stock V8. I know that I can get the body work done on it. I was wondering how rare they are, these wagons. KNUX!

  12. How far North of Sac? I might be able to check it out if needed.

That wagon is sweet...love the front end.

Everytime I see a rear shot of a -60 Ford, I can't help wondering what it would look like if... You mounted another set of tailights turned upside-down in the bumper?

Pretty nice wagon! I like your plymouth wagon better but needs much more work. That 60 would look bad ass if slamed to the floor!
