History Found another one · 1933 Ford Tudor race car!

    At one time, there were 50 Dirt tracks in Iowa. In operation at one time. There are 99 counties in Iowa. The article appeared in Circle track Magazine It was the 3rd or 4th state with the most tracks. That fed a lot of families. Or took food away from the kids of racers.

    Chaddilac seeing as you are from Muskogee I'm****uming that your sedan is from the area and that the photos you posted were from the track there. My dad ran at Muskogee, Tulsa, Ft Smith and Joplin a lot in the early 60s. Some of the cars he drove.

    This is a photo of the pits in Muskogee. Clem Smalley had a Ford dealership there for years and sponsored the #5 sedan. My dad's #53 is in the background.

    That #53 car is super rad!!

    This sedan ran at all the same tracks, it was from the Tulsa area... if you search my threads you'll see the 34 coupe I scored also and it was from muskogee!
