Well I am getting new tires for the Wagon, but I got this email.
Either way it ****s to hear if you have had stuff on back order and now you have to pay more.
so... IM just sayin. Also was at the LB Swap and it was said the tire prices would go up sometime soon.

    Dear valued customer,

Our manufacturing costs have risen substantially in the past 12 months, far outpacing anything we’ve p***ed on to our customers. Due to these cir***stances, our products will see between 5% and 25% increases. These prices will be effective February 21, 2022. Any outstanding orders not shipped on or before March 25, 2022, will be adjusted to reflect the new prices. If you have a backorder that is not fulfilled by March 25, 2022, a sales representative will reach out to you with an updated order total.

As always, we are committed to providing you with the best service in the industry and keeping our prices as compe***ive as possible. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future

I tried to order a set of Cokers in November and they were out of stock on almost every popular size WWW.

I think we all know why they are going up, without being political. Same reason gas prices are up and there are store shortages. :( If the trucks are not moving, then the goods don't get to the stores.

Can't figure out the truck thing. I just got back from my 5th 300+ mile road trip already this year, and I can tell you the truck traffic all year has been constant and heavy....no matter where I go. I hate conspiracy stuff, but I can't believe there is any shortage of trucking from years past. Another thing is the train traffic. Most of the major highways around here any direction for hundreds of miles follow along beside train tracks, and the traffic on them is very heavy. Earlier this year I even saw two trains in NM that were so long, they even had deisels in the MIDDLE of the train in addition to the front and rear ones! Never saw that before.

I ordered tires for my Jeep the first week of December and i'm still waiting for them. It's getting pretty ridiculous.

Perhaps these major manufacturers realized that they could greatly increase their profit margins if they lowered production (costing less for materials and less labor) and just made large price adjustments people will pay because of a "shortage".

Kinda hard to get into that discussion without getting political, however, I did find out about the trains with the diesels in the middle. when they have multiple trains heading to the same place along the same tracks, it is more efficient for them to join two trains together. Thus, the engines in the middle. I was told some of the trains out here can get up to 4 1/2 miles long!
