History Pittsburgh International Speedway

I have original pictures I took as a young lad from PID in what Believe was the early 70's. I am looking to hand them off to someone that may keep the history of PID and show it off. They are just sitting in a drawer for 50 years. Joe

 

Scan them and put them on here. They should last forever or at least until something better comes along

 

Where are you located? I would take them. Probably some photos of my dad and his buddies in there.

there is a PID reunion committee. they have an event every year. last one i saw had (2) 4'x8' sheets of Plywood with hundreds of pics. I can get you a name to call. PM me, I'm sure they would want them.

 

Pictures. I believe this was in 1972 There was two jet engine cars there.
