Technical Id this hood

Trying to find out what car this hood came from. I have posted this about a year ago, thought i might try one more time. Someone added some custom mods to improve air flow. I might use the top two sections for my build.

 

pretty wild,
tilted back louvers, probably '32 and newer...
no idea the make,
but noticed the 2 long lovers at the rear of the top...
what was that for ? defrosters ?

 

I ***ume someone cut the two long lovers into the top to move some air. I think it's cool looking

 

Looks British to me.

 

The hold downs look like 30s Jag. I agree looks British.
