Technical Where to get new door hinge pins for '54 Customline?

I can't find any that are '54 specific. My drivers door sags a little when opened and I'd like to tighten it up before paint. Has anyone done it before and found the pins?

 

I’d look at the tri fives hinge pin. Are go to the help section at the auto store and find some thing the correct dia.

I sold parts at a Ford dealer for 23yrs. go to your local Ford dealer parts room, ask for the oldest guy there. If I remember right try part# b9a-5943030-a. thats for a 59 newer but it seems they fit most about anything. sold the hell out of them. I retired in 2017 and we had them then so good luck.

 

they might have new bushings for it too if they have the pins, should have been sold as a pkg.

 

@911 steve suggested a part number. Google search it, there are many sources available.
Carefully read the descriptions to see if they will work.

a ford dealer may have them in stock, that way if they dont work its an easy return...carpenter as a backup if unable to locate

 

Any one parting out a 54 Customline? Could use some parts here

 

I had to buy later ones for my 55 Customline. It seems like they were longer . I have the box of parts somewhere.
