WTF is Pro Street? Sounds like a Auction word.
I would think it is Mario Andretti driving his Lincoln Town Car down to the covienence store to get some milk. A PRO driving on the STREET. :p

We did a 150 mile round trip in the Stude to visit my father in law in the hospital. IMG_4511.JPEG

  8. I actually charged the dead battery in the '59, undressed the load of crap off the trunk lid and drove it about 3 miles. I have a battery tender on it now, but the battery is 6 years old.

I straightened up the garage... looking for "lost" parts... Next will be new plugs and wires, fuel filter change and get parts together for the rack and pinion swap.

Got my worn out beater out and took the kids for burgers down at one of those Route 66 iconic places...Pops in Arcadia.

  11. Pops is a neat place. Stopped by there a while back and had some burgers and fries.

Went to the junkyard Saturday found a 70s Econoline camper so I nabbed the water pump pulley, and steering column. This column has the shift indicator on it and no ignition. IMG_20220319_144913129.jpg

  13. Managed to brake up some inner quarter patch panels, and slde the new floor in place on my Nomad project. Couple body mount bolts in place; more fitting of flanges, rockers, and then welding to come. IMGP4053r f.jpg IMGP4049r 2.jpg IMGP4052r mid.jpg

Got my newly started gasser to idle a little better.

  18. Made HD sub rails with recessed bolt holes for my Vicky project. Between 35 cuts on each rail on the 1" x 2" tubing to get the curves needed, then welding, grinding, make IMG_0087.JPG IMG_0088.JPG UXKC0387.JPG pockets for the bolts, make threaded bungs for the frame and then more welding and grinding, finally about done. Just why did every other Model A besides the B-400 and Vicky have steel sub rails and wood for the other two models. Things that make you go huh ?

Took off the roll bar side bar so I can get my pained body in/out of the car easier.

sat on my fat ass in the drivers seat in the garage, leaned back, listened to some Santana and SRV and thought about some past fun times when i was a kid. Oh, then i got an adult beverage.
