Looking for someone that could transport a fibergl*** T cowl from the Youngstown, Ohio area (Newton Falls) to Detroit (actually Davisburg, Michigan).

It's brand new and clean. The seller is moving and needs it gone. Freight carriers want more than it is worth to ship it.
I can pick it up in the greater Detroit area. Would be glad to make a cash donation to your hot rod fund.
Not wanting to put anyone out, so if that trip fits anyone's plans, please let me know and we can work out the details.

    Thanx,

    Bruce

I know there is a rivalry between Ohioans and Michiganders, but this isn't football or basketball, it's Hot Rods.
    Help a brother out:D

@carcruse has offered to serve as a drop off point if anyone steps up to make the initial leg from OH to MI
He's not too far from the MI/OH state line in MI.
    Thanx Mike

Hey G... if somebody can get it to @carcruse I could possibly get it a little closer to you. I'm in the middle of the thumb of Michigan. Imlay City, Capac, Yale area. Monday I'm going to Dayton Ohio and then a ways East to Orient.

That first leg seems to be the monkey wrench in the plan.

I appreciate any and all help, but I'm trying to not put anyone out.

Where in the Thumb? My wife is from Unionville.

Unionville is quite a ways north northwest of us. I'm halfway between Flint and Port Huron.

We won't let you put us out LOL. I wouldn't be sheepish about asking. I was hesitant to ask for some help getting something shuttled from Hershey, but a couple guys stepped up and it worked out good. Kind of surprised me. Give it a chance, might get somebody yet.

    Update
I got the cowl. turns out that one of my cousins lives right near the seller. He picked it up and brought it on his last trip to see his mother (my 95 year old aunt).

I was able to pick it up less than 25 miles from my house. Thanx to all who responded and were willing to help.

Look for my build thread shortly.
