This morning I posted a thread on a show I went to this past weekend. Seems it’s disappeared? To the mod who killed it would you mind sharing what your beef is about?
Dart, I'm thinking it was probably due to the fact that most pics were of the type of vehicle builds (R-RODS) that are frowned upon on this site . Per the rules. Mitch

I don't understand why anyone would post that **** here...I can type it in a web search and look at them all day long off the site though I wouldn't because I can't stand them...It seems as if some have to share the misery of what they saw at the show or think we'd enjoy seeing it...Hambers that is truly not the case. If you've been here since 2009 and you don't understand what Billet and Ratrods are, I truly don't get it...By the way you are not alone and everyone's on their own here including your's truly... I go to cruise nights and generally capture only a few Hamb friendlies because that's all there is and take some detail shots without OT ****...the rest don't get on here period...filling a post with OT will only result in a mod having to work overtime to edit away and your post was full of it.

I don't have ******* my friend and I've been here since 07. I look forward to your next offering...I know how it is, shows can be 95% or more off topic most of the time, I'm many times the only one with a near authentic Hotrod that may have been in 1963...truly one of the reasons I come here as it fills my lack of local Vintage Hotrod/Custom...
Speaking from first hand experience.....the sooner you get over it and move on the better it will be for everyone, true it is a ***** when you have it happen for the first time and there is no explanation usually to explain what happened...but once you under stand what the site is about and then work in some common sense ...the ride smoothes out and all is cool. And take it from me...if your serious about being involved with this site think before you post, ya you might get deleted for something that seams bs in your mind, but if you don't take notice and think before posting ...they drop the big one.....time out...your gone. It happened to me and I was totally lost , the H.A.M.B is about my only connection that truly keeps me going in my hot rod world, so it hit me hard . Then I was given another chance, after a what seemed to be forever , with out the site and people that I have connected with on here I was devastated.....but now I'm back and I'm very thankful for that...so much so I even became a member of the Alliance....thanks guys Beware what you post ....time outs are a *****. It hasn't happened yet...next week I think? I can't go this year so I haven't been thinking about it really...just knowing that the one piece ,of many,that I really must have , no real reason, is going to be there , possibly, and I won't be there to find it.....just pisses me off . But next year....well.. I will have forgotten what it was that I was wanting so badly by then...fun stuff.
Welcome to the club, I have had a lot of threads deleted over the past 19 years, some I understood and some I didn't but regardless it is eventually going to happen to everyone if you participate on a regular basis. Don't sweat it and move on, look it the deletion of the thread as a learning experience, you know know exactly not what to post! HRP
