Art & Inspiration opinions! torn between two heaps 55 or 57 OLDS

If you are on FB there is a 55 - 57 Olds group that is good. There are always cars for sale on there.
I have had a 56 coupe and as per the comments nothing interchanges with other GM cars of the same year (I think a 56 windscreen will swap with a Buick but that is all).
Buy the most complete car you can afford.

 

All 57 hardtops had the 3 piece rear window. There was no other style.

 

When I'm looking a car over, I look for reasons NOT to buy it. If the bad outweighs the good, I keep looking. Or buy the bad one... other cars will come out of the wood work like magic. It never fails.

 

Shoot, just seeing what is in the kit, reverse-engineering one wouldn't be that tough.
