Update on RatstaR's TWINS!!! They are HERE!!!!!(8-29-06)

Well Last Thursday My boys came!! 12 weeks early.

Bridger Ross McInnes was born at 9:27 am. He weighed in at a whopping 2 lbs 11 oz!!!!!! And a long old body at 14 inches exactly.

Conner Enon McInnes was born about 30 seconds after his big brother at 9:27 also. Weighing a hefty 2 lbs 9 oz!!!! And 14 inches too.

Both are in icu and will be for a while. But doing freakin awesome. Conner is on a breathing machine but is gettin weened off as i type. Other than that everything is super good with their health.

I'm sure everyone is wondering about the middle names, especially Conners. Well Bridgers middle is my middle thats been handed down for generations. Conners means little fighter cause of all the adversity he has already overcome, and he is a fighter. He even fights the damn breathing machine so they have to sedate him to stop him!!

Just read your other post a few days ago. You've been in our pprayers ever since. Congrats. Me and my wife went through a bad pregnancy after 7 years of trying. Awesome to hear that things turned out so well.

Congratulations on becoming a "Dad"! I'm glad your boys and Mom are all doing okay. I have a niece who was born early and is now a teenager and she grew up just fine. Could just be the boys wanted to get out early and help Dad work on his hot rod! Gary 4T950 Chevy Guy

Great news, and I know what it's like to see your boys hooked up and the endless waiting for them to finally come home. Now since you are from out of the area see if there is a McDonalds house or other place you can stay after your wife is released. The social worker should know everything. We stayed at the McD house, it saved us a lot of money and headaches.

 

Congrats! Since the boys were in such a rush to get here maybe they'll surprise you and be in a rush to get home. We'll keep you and yours in our thoughts and prayers.

 

Thanks again for all the support from everyone. I have got the pics of them here and on the computer but I'm resizing them right now so the damn things fit.

Congrats. They be good once they get out of icu. I have twin nephews that went through the same thing 15 years ago and now are 2 big strapping young lads.
