That's a 26/27 T built just north of me in the late 50's/early 60's in Edmonton, AB.

  24. I agree here to a point. ^^^^^^ (Actually I seldom disagree with with @Moriarity) Just to be the devil's advocate here. I may accept a T bucket with dirt track tires. IE rib rubber on the front and a pair of stones on the rear. A sort of a competition themed car.

I am currently working on a T roadster pickup (a build with a young friend) that is seriously confused. Sort of an altered wheel base car with some trad components. I doubt that I will ever post anything on it. It is just a little edgy for the board.

    Moriarity thanks for chiming in.

I've noticed a lot of blowers/engines with billet parts posted lately, has the rule changed?

no. the rules have not changed. the mods do not scour every post on every thread, we rely on people reporting off topic content. there are a number of street rodders here that either don't care, have not read the rules or don't know what this place is about

i try and stay in the spirit of things so i wonder: if a car is pretty much spot on but has an minor offending update (not to be confused with 'improvement') how much of a problem is it? i moderate another forum (on farcebook) and often have to weed through this issue especially when people disagree on when some trend or such began/ended.

and thanks for the reminder... i should review the rules.

the rules are pretty gray in some areas, but basically the car should look like 1965... some details if they are not too offending are overlooked....

I have had very, very few deletions but sometimes one slips. I just had a photo deleted over tires/wheels. I thought I had cropped it enough and positioned it correctly but I was wrong. @Moriarity is correct... the car should look like '65. That should be the golden rule.:).
    Now back to T's
