    52-54 Ford cars. The ones that have a red colored center are 54's.

    I don’t think Chevrolet or any GM for that matter. Nor do I think Chrysler, Hudson, Nash, Studebaker, Packard or Essex. I’m going to go out on a limb and say a Ford.

    These are the ones that came on my '54 Ranch Wagon. Don't know it they are correct or not or about the color either. Lucille.jpg

    I think this set is specifically 1953 Ford car, there is a chrome plated (or painted) steel version in 1952 that is otherwise identical, and as was mentioned above, the '54 caps had the centers painted red (not the lettering, but the round lower center part) which these look like they never had, although it could have been buffed off in the past I suppose. '51 had an almost identical cap but just had a big letter F in the center instead of all 4 letters, and those were chrome plated steel like the 1952 version.

    Not that it matters, but those are '57-'59 Ford poverty caps...and I think they look great.:)
