I discovered this forum just about 20 minutes ago while looking for information on a 1954 Ford Anglia that Im working on. While browsing, I read a post about an issue that I had also experienced but resolved earlier today. The post is old but no one ever replied with a resolution. I thought I would post my resolution. Unfortunately, I was not, and am not allowed to reply to that post even after registering and confirming an account. This is unfortunate since I am not going to wait around to be further "approved". After I finish this post, Ill move on and forget about this forum unless it pops up as holding information relevant to some future search I might do. Just wanted to communicate this to the moderators. Blocking new members from immediately posting is surely stunting the forums growth and causing folk who might be able to answer certain questions to move on without being able to provide those answers. Its odd that Im "authorized" to post all of the above but not to answer a technical question about a positive ground electrical system. Thank you, take care and good luck.

Didn’t you just post this post? I’m confused….
Post an introduction in the new member section and tell us a little about your self. You can reply to a post anywhere but the cl***ified section. Maybe the thread was closed.

Im confused as well. If you read my post a little more thouroughly, you will see where I considered it "odd" that I could post in the newbie section but not answer a technical question.

Bunch of at***ude from a new guy, but man, you can post anywhere EXCEPT the cl***ifieds.
And as said, you posted here.

Maybe the thread was locked and not available for further posts. There is a Q&S section for talking with moderators.

Thread has probably been locked as was stated. If you let something like this get to you after 2 posts , relax a little or don't let the door hit you in the *** on the way out.:D

OP has only this one post, and has not been back here since starting this thread.
