I'm surprised he could get in place and that position with the size his B--L's must have been. What a ride that must have been. Sad to lose a pioneer like him. I love the Fuel set up. Close at hand for shut off. Must not have used the same system in the Streamliner.

Judging by the bottom of the seat hanging below the body and the front wheels, was this the same car with the addition of a streamlined body?
At least with a body on you would get a (false) sense of security. Piloting that thing without the body must've been terrifying.

Gary's son Troy was/is on the Hamb. (FUELROADSTER) I bought a Joe Hunt buzz box and a hemi mag that used to belong to his dad Gary. The Mag came off of one of his dragster engines- it now resides in my roadster.
