Ok, I bought a 55 210 2dr sedan a couple months ago. It was in rough shape and needed a new floor pan and frame. I cut the old pan out without dis***embling it from the frame because both were junk. The rusty stuff has since been hauled away. Fast forward to today. I purchased a frame, cleaned and painted it. I bought a one piece floor pan and new bushings and bolts. Now I am ready to bolt the pan to the frame, but I don't know which bushings go where. Can some one point me in the right direction? Thanks for any help
***embly manual available from Ecklers Cl***ic chevy parts in FL. If your rebuilding a Tri5 you gotta have this manual.
usually it's a good idea to keep all the old stuff around, until the new one is together and working. If you can.
count how many of each type? Seems like the 2 thin ones go under the rad support, the round ones go to the floor mounts and the square ones do the front fenders. Or maybe that was on a different car.....
Pick up the factory manual and the trim and body manual for the car. It will show almost any area of the car.
