Your local NAPA. If the counterman is any good he may even be able to pull some out of stock for you. From your description I'm guessing these are studs you use a nut with as opposed to actual lug bolts. If they are bolts they have those available too. Helps if you measure the diameter, thread pitch, diameter/length of the knurled area, and overall length ahead of time. They should have a catalog listing these by size, probably on computer now.

Sounds like a freight issue. Some suppliers if you turn a large order if the are out of an item will back order it and send when they receive it. The freight and handling for a small package is nuts often over $30.

More and more I am realizing how the local parts houses have been F**King us for years. You can often buy parts online with the same part number for less than 1/2 of what the local jobber wants, even after shipping.
Then you have the off shore guys that are even cheaper.

On line sellers drop ship a lot, a parts store need to pay for employees and their related expenses. Buildings and their related expenses are going up and always have. Do you buy your car battery at a parts store or Walmart or Sams who pay less for the product because of volume? Don’t worry about the parts store being around when you need them…WE will eliminate them.

  10. That's only after you looked up the part numbers yourself already and forget about trying a bunch of different parts on for size at on online place (like hoses or belts). The online catalogs will only get you so far (even the illustrated guides) when your dealing with only I.D and your eyeball.

I may not be the greatest customer as I tend to re use and restore old parts, purchase aftermarket parts from the 90's and older. I see the need for local parts houses (sadly all are gone around here), especially when we're piecing a car together from almost scratch.

Anyway back to the o.p, look up the Dorman catalog online like others have said. You might have to ream the holes a little. My '47 car I had to open the holes a little.

I am one that I will go to any auto parts store or Lowes/ Homdepo & pick up every thing I might need so not back & forth , & can not wait a few days , Then I have stumbled up on a hidden Tracking that most are not aware of , every time you return items ( If not a commercial account ) you are put in a Database ( by your Drivers license ) that big retailer pay to keep track of how much / often you return that if you happen to loose your Original receipt they will not do the return or even store credit , This is causing issues because blue collar person , rarely pay any one to fix what ever might come up , from housing, machinery, auto , small engine.

If you search napa online without a vehicle you find 6000+ wheel studs with some lug nuts mixed in.
Then after you measure what you have you have to scroll pages to find what you need.
    https://www.napaonline.com/en/search?text=wheel studs&referer=v2
Lawson products has listings for wheel studs and I have a pull out tray with some but so far none have ever been one that I needed. They were a gift from the Lawson bolt man that I had known for years on end back around 1990.

    Or O'Reilly's

    Don't forget Autozone.
    https://www.autozone.com/tire-repai...+stud&fromString=search&isIgnoreVehicle=false

Cant make the Pep boys link work and I didn't think we had pep boys locally.
But Advance Auto parts shows a batch

    Happy hunting.

I replaced all ten studs on my rear axle and used the Dorman online catalog to get the splined shank size, length, and thread diameter I wanted. I just knocked one stud out, and used my dial calipers to measure the hole. Then found studs with shanks slightly larger on the splines. Wrote down the number for Dorman and began calling around town to various auto parts stores. O'Reilly's was the only store that had ten in stock, and price was about $1.75 each for them.

Not to hi jack this thread but check the length of the lug after you get it. Last summer I guy I know bought some lugs and put them on a drag car he had. Turns out they were just long enough to bottom out on the brake drums. Didn't realise until it was rolled off the trailer and someone with a good eye noticed the wheels had a wobble to them.

    Another DORMAN fan.
I've used their online catalogue to source different stud sizes for a multitude of axle and brake conversions.
They are cheap and readily available at ROCKAUTO.

Most of the real autoparts stores in san jose cannot give me parts without year make and model,I work on hot rods and race cars and cannot give them this info so I have to research my self.Vic Hubbard and speed warehouse I used to use and they would let me use their catalog, but no any more they are gone. I went to O'reilly's to get wiper blades for a 2007 Toyota corolla, the young lady wanted to install them which I did then while driving down the road they flew off.I buy all my batteries @ costo because the keep all the warranty info on my card and if you go in before the warranty is up the will replace it.A and M motorsupply in Los Gatos is good but not to close.
