Event Coverage Back To The 50's Roll Call (2022)

I'm not sure if this belongs in the new "Other Event's" section, but if it does one of the mods can put it there. Anyway, who's going to the MN state fairgrounds this year? And if there's going to be a H.AM.B.er meet and greet this year will somebody Pleeese put up a big H.A.M.B banner so we all know where it is.

I will be making the long 15 minute trip to the fair grounds.

 

I'll chime in. Also, another 15 minute commute (before "unscheduled"road construction)

 

I'll be there on Friday after a roundabout drive through Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota and on into Minnesota. 50th Class reunion in South Dakota this weekend, then a serendipitous drive through the northern plains to visit old friends and forgotten places.

 

You betcha! Wouldn't miss this yearly power parking cluster.

I will be there, camping Wednesday to Sunday night.
I do not know what car I will bring, all 4 of them need work.
We always park beside the big Fiberglass Gopher at the bandstand.

 

Yep, ordered $600 worth of new tires today and about to go up on the jack stands for some long ignored maintenance.

 

Will be there, hopefully with both of these. The '32 currently has 8 miles on it since the build. We'll see!

 

I'm going, but only as a spectator with a couple buddies. Window shopping at the swap meet on Sunday morning is a yearly tradition - lots of junk I want to buy but I usually resist (for the most part.)

Since I am 5 minutes from the fairgrounds I will be there all 3 days. So........ Where are all the Hambers going to meet? Look for me I will be driving this:

 

We will be repeat offenders. Clearly we couldn’t not bring a 32 3W as carry on. But a good buddy from Tx is flying up, his first time . We have a few other special places for him to visit also. Thanks @Moriarity .Shame we couldn’t do the LA roadster show on a consecutive weekend as we did previously. Yea greedy but cram in as much as possible. Maybe next year they will be on consecutive weekends??

I will be there all weekend playing the hurry up and wait game so we can secure our usual location on Underwood. Always worth the 5 hour drive, road construction, crazy traffic and lack of sleep, but it is a must on my summer gotta do list. Where else can you see so many cars in one place?
