Technical Emblem id

I’m sure someone here can identify these emblems my buddy has. Supposed to be off his grandfathers car but nobody in the family remembers what kind of car he had. Thanks!!

if you look at the part numbers on the bottom side, they'll even tell you which fords they fit.

(some interpretation required)

 

I'm guessing something 50's Ford

 

The oval one looks like 1964 Falcon Futura...I bet the other one is close to that too...maybe 1963 or 1965...

 

yup, falcon stuff, early-mid 60s

 

Second one is a 57 Ford

 

you would think so...but it's not....

The flat wider red/white/blue would be mid 60s Galaxie. The earlier Fords had a taller R/W/B emblems, and they progressively got lower and wider.

My 59 is mid way in the low&wide trend.
