Anybody know of a good source for model a patch panels and door skins? I couldnt find much in the way of a search.

  2. Check a Street Rodder magazine. I'd think they are redily available for such a popular car as the Model A.

  3. Mac's, Bob Drake and Dennis Carpenter all probably have them.

    You better believe they are...

Of course I can't REMEMBER any of them, but I've seen on the web just about every panel, door, and fender you can imagine for those.

As he said....check Street Rodder or a Goodguys Gazette... or do some Googling and I bet you'll find them.

I'd appreciate some new links, too. I was planning on grabbing some Ford pickup patch panels to help me re-do this Hudson UncleScooby sold me.

Just checked out the Howells site there prices look purty good, can anyone speak to there quality?

  9. I have used a few pieces from Howells and the fit was OK and the service was first class. The roadster I was doing had been rear ended so I had to make everthing fit so I dont know how they fit on a perfect body. But if the body was good why do you need them? The T I put patches on, I just cut out the body (rust) to the size of the patch so it also fit well. Useless

I'd also be interested to hear anybody's experience with the fit for the panels from various vendors. Fordor's prices look reasonable. What's the link for Howells?
