I wasn't able to spend the entire day at the show, but while we were there it was great. Ryan, Rex Rods, and all the people behind the scenes did a great job putting this show together. I hope we get to do it again next year. There are more images at relicscarclub.com
I just got home, had a great time. Very laid back atmosphere, perfect weather, great cars. I'll get some pics up in the morning. I met Ryan, that was cool. More after some sleep.
I met RACEFAB there to pick up some precious cargo (more later)... got a chance to talk with Derelict, Ryan, Bruiser, Farmer, JiveBomber and Mrs. JiveBomber... and others. I would have liked to have stayed longer, but had to get back to work on the double nickle. Ryan's Coupe looks *****en'... but he'll wanna post pics and tell the tale... Here's a bit-o-what I saw. The green coupe is *****en! Sam.
Very cool show...like others said, laid-back atmosphere, good bands, good beer . Recognized several HAMBers cars, didn't get a chance to meet Ryan, but did meet Marcie...very sweet lady. Here come the pics... My friend was giving me a bad time for always shooting the same angle...kinda like letting you chill in one spot and someone pulling cars up in front of you. It was the best lighting, I swear. More to come. Bryan
great show! (which is a serious understatement) Talked to lots of cool people. The food was to bad either, badly needed hot sauce at the roach coach. Weather was damn fine too...just got a little wind burned.
I have tons more...probably just going to post one more time. Damn, there were so many amazing cars at this show!! Bryan
Most of the pics I took are the same as whats already up , but here is a couple more. The black 32-35 roadster had some amazing craftmanship going on.
Man, am I sorry I missed it, got CruzN Eureak and B'proof to get ready for the next few weekends, unlike . Crusty Nut who's really been makin' the tour with his truck, right on! Met up for brunch last week, saw the new lettering on the door, not a few minutes after us talking about the tongue-in-cheek Singley shop (it's the road he lives on), someone popped up and inquired about the shop. Can't wait to hear more about yer trip, bud! Trying to get the copied pic to re-post...
Huge thanks to everyone who came out and made this the best show we've had in these parts. My wife Tyler and I put a lot work into making this an event we could all be proud of and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Big thanks to Ryan and Mary. Looking forward to next year. I'm glad everyone likes the pics. I just realized that the second pic in my first post goes with the blue modified in the second post...if anyone's wondering. Sounds like I missed a bunch of HAMBers that I wanted to meet...oh well, there's always BilletProof or Revolucion '07!! I'll be wearing my new TJJ shirt to both Bryan
Take Two with the Singley Shop truck from earlier days.. years of this 'board and I'm-a still not good at resizing. Wish I could've been at the event!
Too Cool!! We all need to plan on going next year. I just jope it odes not follow the Hamb Drags again. Cant make both
That sure looks like the Waco Kid.......did El Jefe haul out there? Man that car is soooo, goosebumps............
Anymore pics of that copper roadster??? WOW! Anyone know who owns that one? Looks like an awesome show! Congrats Ryan!
I'm not home yet and will have a full report once I get back, but damn... what a show... 119 cars in all... Quality was off the hook. Some incredible cars in attentance. My favorite? See below... Course, I'm biased...
Did you catch the one in MillerKustoms album? He got a much better angle than I did. I have one more of the interior... One thing about this show that I can't say for any others I've been to...I wanted to take a pic of EVERY car at the show. Sorry no info on the copper roadster. There's a car in my pics that I do want some info on, but I'm sure it'll surface in due time... Bryan Edit: Wow!!...I typed this before Ryan posted. So much for due time
