"the mod squad" was a favorite; they got around LA in a '49-'51 mercury woodie. but, when they drove it off a cliff in one episode, i never watched again!

Kaiser-Darrin, I think it came out mid-‘50’s. Styled for Kaiser by Dutch Darrin.

The movie Diner 1982 featured a character with a two tone Hudson, laughable that they used a 53 Super Wasp with blackwalls in some scenes and a 52 Hornet with whitewalls in others.

I tracked down the original owner/builder, Larry Nichlin and gave him a ride in the custom he built and drove daily when he attended the Art Center College 60 years after he sold it. It was an epic day.

Here are some more movie stills from a hoard I helped clear out a number of years ago.

From "Johnny Dark," starring Tony Curtis (1954):

From "The Cowboy and the Girl," starring John Wayne (1943):

From "EEGAH," starring a 7-foot-tall prehistoric man (1962 and still holds place of pride on the list of "100 Worst Movies of All Time"):
