    While browsing YouTube I came across this colorized film of central park in the 1940's It looks like it was uploaded Today. :D Enjoy!

    The park is 2-1/2 miles long and 1/2 mile wide so that would make for a pretty good cruising loop back then. Screenshot (231).png

    When I see these old movies of the real days gone past, I am always amazed by the variety of cars, and how few Fords are seen. Especially when you consider how many Fords are still around our hobby.
    Central Park has the reputation, for someone my age (49) of being a good place to get mugged, ****d, or killed. In all fairness, I have never been there, or near for that matter. Pretty neat to see good people just enjoying the park. Sometimes I feel like I was born too late.
