Another 55 g***er...I bought this car last year and started pulling it apart only a few days after it was home. I was told it was originally built in the 60’s - 70’s, but I haven’t been able to track down any information.

Here are a few photos from when I got it and how it is now:

I would remove the S in B/GS as it isn't supercharged. Very nice car, great job putting it back together.

I got a question about your seats. As a big fat ***, I have been wondering how I would fit is bomber seats. Can you shed a little light on how comfy they are and if you fit very well in them? Love the car, so cool!

I haven’t mounted and sat in these for any period of time yet. Just sitting in them on the couch they actually feel really comfortable. I would take your measurements and have the seats built for your size unless it’s a standard size seat. I had these made for me- took about 4 months to receive them.

Very clean car- reminds me of Bunker's Beast in the early days. Bunker, Riolo and Torkleson at Sacramento was a show :)

I’ll take some more photos once it’s together. The new strange 9” should be here this month- then it’s off to the ch***is shop to have the rear suspension updated. 97E76220-17EE-4CF9-A228-A9537F3E4EAB.jpeg

That looks nice. I was pretty set on putting together something that was new- and already ordered everything a month ago. I’m sure someone will want that for something.

You treated that car right. Looks great. Better still, now you can have fun with it, knowing it'll hold together.
