I'll be on the 10;00 AM Ferry out of Tsawwassen on Thursday with this, would like to meet up somewhere.

We are leaving Port Alberni (mid Vancouver Island) early friday morning heading south to Victoria, B.C.
I will have my '28 Ford Roadster & my son will have his '31 Roadster there! See ya there!

 

Well some of you must have arrived by now... what’s happening?

 

If I was there at this time in the morning I'd be waiting for my wife to get up so we could go to breakfast at Earl's kitchen and bar or the Irish Times pub on Government street.
Meanwhile I'll be checking for photos from you guys on the net, groveling a bit to the people putting the show on to get my shirts and stuff mailed to me and spending this afternoon with my Grandson JW.
He was born July 3 while trying hard to be a cowboy born on the 4th of July.

Lots of the cars cruising on Belleville Street yesterday in the early evening, including a variety of off topic but interesting cars. Quite a neat experience, and I imagine it will be pretty good today as well (Saturday).

 

The off topics show up Thursday, Friday and Saturday and get pretty good at power parking but outside of the entered non 32's that get put on the side streets and out of the main area spots it will be all 32 Fords from the bottom of Government street to the ferry dock on Sunday. No sneaking in late and snagging a spot either as tow trucks clear the area before they start parking the cars at early 30 on Sunday.

 

Hey Mr48chev, congrats on your brand new grandson! He looks like he should be holding a wrench in his right hand. Maybe you can share a few pics with him...
