1952-59 Ford Best Aftermarket Radiators

    I have a Champion aluminum in my 53 F100. About three years now with nary a problem.

    Champion seems to be very popular because they are cheap. I've never had one so I can't comment on how well they work but people seem to like them. I like Griffin myself, a little more $$ but better IMO. I also have a rad from Northern Radiator. They are very affordable. I just bought a Griffin for my 56.

    Through my recent research I read that import cores have 0.68" tubes and that's what your "3 core" rads are. American made units are typically 1" tubes so there is usually only two rows. Either way you end up around 2" of core thickness. Griffin can make dual 1.25" and dual 1.5" tubes as well.
