Fellas, I have an Eastwood Powder Coat Gun I bought over 10 years ago. It doesn't seem to do the job anymore as I finding that the powder isn't clinging well to the part...seems like I am wasting a lot of powder.

Is there a DIY Powder Coat Gun kit you recommend that is not Eastwood or Harbor Freight? Thanks.

How old is the powder you are using ? I have an old powdercoat gun and I bought a bunch of colors years ago. They never got used so they probably aren't any good now. Just wondering if you did the same thing? :)

Great question. The powder is very old, at least 10 years old.
