Yeah, that's weird. You can contact him thru t-springs.com I've purchased a fair bit of them from him. He also does a T arch in A width. So no spacers needed.
Actually Roadsters and Coupes both originally used the same clamps. The stock Coupe springs have 8 leaves and the stock Roadster spring uses 7 leaves as well as a short spacer leaf on the bottom.
I had forgotten that coupes and Roadsters take the same u bolt clamp. Also about the little spacer spring. Probably because of all the roadster rear springs I have.(I have Probably 1500 pounds of ford rear springs.) Non of them have the spacer any longer.
If any one is interested, I made a jig/fixture and figured out how to reverse my front and rear spring eyes. Video is on my YouTube channel:
We (Old Yankee/Millworks) use two different manufacturers for our springs. Both manufacturers are months behind due to staffing shortages and the inability to get material. A Springs/T Springs is my Uncle Travis. He is also in the same boat….
I just bought a reverse eye rear spring for my coupe from Speedway- took 3 weeks to get here ,bare steel with super slide inserts and marked up Made In USA .
