I just looked at the pics again, is that a snake on the rock?

 

That was someone's brand new car once. Wonder how it ended up there? If only they could talk.

 

Made me take a second look. Sure looks like it!

 

I’d have backed tracked…I’ve a fear of snakes!

 

Ladies, ladies, I don’t see any snakes. What I do see is a bent bracket and a strip of rusty steel.

 

Check out the 4th? I think pic from the original post, sure looks like a snake to me!

Nope it’s just a jagged strip of metal. Nothing to see here folks! Move along, move along.
Besides it is too far north, no poisonous snakes up there. Probably just Ol Sneaky Snake looking for root beer. NOT! It’s a strip of metal.

 

One man's strip of metal is another man's I swear it was this big and I got the hell out of there.

 

I didn't see no snake, but then I'm not going to be digging in the ground around that Desoto either. Its been there long enough it belongs to any critters that may have claimed it, and they may not like you messing with what is theirs's.

Maybe it was parked there like that because of the way it ran. Maybe it ran better then the driver drove.
