I found yet another clever re-purposing for those purple bags. They protect the frame, fit nice and don't fall off. They work on jack stands too. Plus they come with a free gift inside just like cracker jacks...kinda.
Hey man , that ain’t funny . Have a bit of respect for the crown man . Ya want me n the boys to come teach ya a lesson ?!
I haven’t bought one in a while, but I don’t think they come in a bag in our country anymore, must be something they reserve for exports.
I had made some lift pads that were hi-density rubber but one of them went missing, likely stuck to the bottom of a car still. I only had one micro fiber in the garage and I needed it to clean and polish the underside for an upcoming event. Necessity, as they say, is the mother of invention. I do like the sock method. @swade41 nice pic!
I just lost a dear friend that drank that for the last 30 years. I had a party for him when he found out he only had a few months to live and at the party my wife asked him if he would like a refill and he responded "a little more whisky and a little less ice" Loved that guy.
I get mine at the Duty Free when I re-enter Canada. It's always boxed in a bag. The bags haven't changed at all. One of them in the pic is a HAMB friendly 60 years old. I kept my marbles in it when I was a kid. My niece works there. I'll have to ask about the bags in Canada.
