I was considering buying a HALIBRAND CHAMP DIFFERNTIAL So I bought a Tech Manual from of some guy on Ebay. What a ripoff. Just 32 pages. I should have looked at the listing closer. If you want a FREE COPY just drop me a line and I will send you a link so you can download it and print it for yourself.
I don't know what you bought but the original Halibrand manual that I'm familiar with is pretty dated and is aimed specifically at live axle set up. If you would send me the link, I'll see if it's the one I'm thinking of. In the meantime, if you have questions about how to set up a Quickchange for the street, fire away.
Thanks. See if this works, if not please let me know. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RYHCz45FBrCiUWavyPUuz56wHnecrNdx
Yes, got it. That is the same manual that Speedway sells for $15.99 (although they are out of stock right now). There is some useful information in there, but most of it applies to live axle shifter rear ends. The principles are the same, but until you've had one apart, it may be difficult to relate to the closed tube ***emblies.
