Hot Rods Installing bug screen in 33-34 Ford horn

    I want to put new bug screens in my 34 Ford horns. What is the best technique to get the new screen in without scratching the horn surfaces?

    I don’t have pics but I gave my buddy @Kim Strobeck a bug screen that I had left over for my strombergs to stick in his horn. I think he epoxied it in.

    Kim, please pick up the white courtesy phone.

    BTW, it looks pretty damn cool.
     
  3. You might think about posting this over on the Ford Barn, screen covers for horn's should be right up their alley, most of the guys are restorers. HRP

    Here's what I did. Bill gave me a carb screen, I cut off the collar and four spots of black epoxy, shazam!
