I have a vintage set of Borg Warner points part number A-120H. The standard set of points for this application carry a part number of A-120. My question concerns the H suffix and its meaning. There is the same part number with a V suffix that denotes a ventilated set of points. I sent a message to Borg Warner over a week ago no reply. The box has a 1969 date of manufacture. Somewhere someone can tell me what the H suffix means. TIA.

Just a guess, but it might mean heavy spring to prevent point bounce.

Thank you for your reply; I figured HD or HiPerf as the when compared to a standard A-120 set of points the spring feels stronger but would like confirmation from a 1969 BW catalog.
