Kinda OT -- Need Spanish Translator

I've got to figure out how to say in Spanish:

"Fast cars. Built real slowly."

The more slang words, the better.

the above translation with 'verdadero' is clumsy...verdadero means truly...

and always add "Way" on the end of everything....EX.

It's spelled "guey" and means "dude" but nice job picking up on that, it is used in pretty much every sentence spoken, guey.

 

Isn't there a slang-ier word for car than coches, guey...
