Clocked up a good few miles this month! I have a question for the banger experts here.. After a long run I pulled the plugs to see how it’s all going. It would appear I’m running slightly too hot of a plug. I’m currently running motorcraft tt10 plugs and and fsi zipper distributor set to 26 degrees of advance, stromberg 97 all on a brand new built motor. Any recommendations on a good plug? Low down it’s running awesome but higher up in the rpm range I’m getting a slight hesitation/misfire I’ve gone up and down jet sizes and tried minor timing adjustments without much success so far
I think most people here are into street driven cars, BUT where did all the Dirt Track car guys go? Back in the 1970's there was interest in Running and Restoring old dirt cars. Are there websites for those cars and people. I'd like to find a set of lock ring dental drive DAYTON wire wheels, if you have any wheels, hubs or knock offs I'm interested. Looking for leads as to where the two man car is that I sold to Jim Etter @1979. Thanks. Bob
What series you lookin for...? I’ve been hoarding a nice set of #25’s for some time. Think they’re 19”
