Thanks to the Estranged club for hosting this great event that we all look forward to every year. Tragically, we lost one of the all time greats this year. RIP Pat. Here are the few pictures I took.
I can see why this is such a popular event...100% Hamb cl*** excellence...my thoughts go out to all of you...it was understandably difficult due to the unfortunate event that unfolded. But we carry the torch high and forward for Pat in celebrating his greatness and others that have left us over the years in this Culture of Hotrod/Custom... Good stuff…..the builder of Bonnie & Clyde is a friend of mine, ran at US 30 in Indiana back in the 70’s .
I knew this car was still around but had no idea it wound up that far west. It was originally sponsored by White’s Pit Stop in Dolton, IL as seen on the quarter panel, but White’s name has been removed. Another name from the past is S***s, one of the premier sign painters and pin stripers BITD.
Yeah, it's *****in. Actually they all are. There's a half hour Youtube of last year's race, what a cool event.
I thought that ride looked familiar. Whites pit stop was a sponsor I believe. I think at one time it had a clutch turbo 400 trans in it.
