I know that RF will be open tomorrow and I can call them but hoping for info while I'm working on the car. Having a electrical problem with the woodie, all of the circuits that are controlled by the ignition are working properly. None of the circuits that are fed directly from the battery are hot.
I checked the connection at the starter and it's good and there is power, I tracked the main feed to the fuse box and there is power just above where it goes in the top of the stainless steel cover. None of the battery fed circuits show voltage so I'm ***uming that there is a problem with the connection that is inside the box. It's been 25+ years since I installed the fusebox and any memory I had is long gone. I can't see the back of the panel and it's a bear to get too, does anyone know if there are screws/fasteners accessible on the back side of the panel that will allow the nice shiny stainless box to be removed for inspection? The unit is very similar to the Express panel that RF sold

On my old ron francis panel, I think it was labeled 'wire works, chester pa.'.
To pull the brushed stainless cover off there are 4 small screws on the side.
However due to the way the turn signal, horn and hazard plugs are mounted all the wireing must undone from the inner row of terminals in order to lift it off.

Dale, I went out to take another look to see if I was overlooking the screws you mention. Mine does not appear to have the four screws but it does look like two of the two screws that mount the panel are also holding the cover on. Of course I mounted that side up so I'm working with a mirror to see them. I feared that the way the wiring was routed under the cover would make it necessary to remove a great deal to free the cover. Thanks for the help
