History Night Lights - tail lights, dashboards, hood ornaments

    Let's see those cars lit up at night. Love seeing the different tail lights at night and the beautiful glow of a dash cluster or the old hood ornaments that light up. If your car has cool looking headlights at night, let's see that too.

    Later around here. I remember installing accessory hazards on a new car in 1981.

    They've since become the Magic Red ****on Which Makes Everything OK, used to communicate the fact that you have no idea what you're going to do next, but the options include rising vertically into the air.

  25. Actually, it was '67 for the 4-way flashers, along with the split braking systems, chest protection at the steering wheel and amber front turns. Maybe the park lights on with the headlights too, although that may have been '68. '68 brought mandatory front shoulder harnesses, front side lights, collapsible steering columns (although most had these in '67, Ford being the notable exception) and non-catching interior door handles.
