Can anyone tell me which ball joints are used by Jamco on their converted A arms for the 49-53 Ford Custom/Customline? This is to adapt the Ford Granada style stub axle and disc brake ***emblies. I believe they are either Moog K727 or K772. Can anyone help here?
K727 is the lower ball joint that is used in a big number of Mopars https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/moog,K727,ball+joint,10070 K772 is the upper I'm thinking that both ball joints are the same size but some lowball outfits use the Uppers as lowers because they are a few bucks cheaper and that is the ones that have premature ball joint failure. They sure look like Mopar in the photos .
Can you confirm if the K727 and K722 part numbers were correct replacement ball joints for the Jamco Suspension ball joint conversion arms? I can't get ahold of them or find any information or marking on the ball joints to determine the part #. Thanks!
