Hmmm... perhaps a cease and desist order is warranted. I mean, I'm all about making money, but not on the backs of other people's work when you, yourself, are not talented or imaginative enough to blaze your own trail. I say we kick this dude's teeth in like the disclaimer says in the copyright line at the bottom of this page.
Went to the website. @Ryan , here's a better pic and a link... you know... for the courts. https://garamode.com/collections/ca...ens-simple-beauty-splicing-print-casual-shirt
I went to their site. I guess if you want to play dress up like Charley Harper, this is the place to go.
Another FB scam. Seems to be a lot of shirt scams on fb. Scammers infiltrate car groups with crappy photoshop shirt ads. Personally I think all fb ads are suspicious and untrustworthy
I sound like a broken record, but as bad as TM infringement can be… it’s NOTHING compared to what Facebook does on a daily basis… Legally…
Ever scroll down to the bottom of the page? HRP Copyright © 1995-2021 The Jalopy Journal: Steal our stuff, we'll kick your teeth in.
I don’t think those shirt scammers have inventory. Most of the look like poor photoshop copy’s. Just a scam.
As the OP I don’t appreciate the “tough guy” allusions to violence, especially out in the desert near Vegas clip. And there is bugger all chance of doing anything in the courts... However, I would think sending spam to their website or clogging it up in other ways might be a way to go. Personally I believe the best way is to have Ryan/the HAMB offer that shirt with correct graphics!
It would be impossible to do anything to thwart the Chinese spam that shows up on our forums, so just ignore it & go on! If you have a relatively normal IQ or higher, you just ignore this crap as it is meaningless! I learned long ago that you cannot do anything about the bottom feeders who take advantage of a successful forum or transporter for that matter to try to piggyback your success, because they are incapable of doing it on their own! God Bless Bill https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum...ar-transport-hauling-open-or-enclosed.614419/
read this, posted previously by Ryan. Facebook is evil and everyone should turn and run and not look back That's a problem, but not the bulk of it... Here's how it works: Facebook tracks everything. They track your friends. They track your friend's friends. They track your likes. They track the geo location on your photos. They track what you take photos of. They track the words you use in private messages. They track your browser history on other sites. They track every possible bit of data they can. On top of that, if you have the Facebook app on your phone... they track your geo movement - where you travel, vacation, work, etc.... They track your audio. They track an incredible amount of data. So, now they have a picture of who you are, your buying propensity, your political stance, your everything... even if you never post and only browse occasionally. They then take this data and cross reference it with other databases like Cambridge Analytics and others to get an even more complete data set. In fact, 80% of the data that Facebook sells wasn't even gathered through Facebook. It was gathered through correlating your account to other databases they buy on the open market. But you don't care, right? You don't do anything in life worth tracking or profiting from and what they know about you is of little value, right? Not exactly. Facebook makes money by selling the profiles they have created and gathered from multiple sources. The people buying these data sets are often times foreign governments. And this data is used by them to create division through posts and content on just about every available medium. Ask anyone in the cyber security world or anyone in a tech position of any kind and they will tell you - Facebook is more than a breach of privacy. It's a threat like we've never faced before. Why? Because the technical reach of Facebook is very hard to explain in layman's terms. And if normal folks can't understand the problem, they are less likely to be active against it. As a result, Facebook has been able to profit on an amazingly hostile breach of privacy... and they've done so with very little objection from anyone at all. If you get too deep into it, you can quickly fall into a dark rabbit hole of conspiracy. Given what I do for a living and as a hobby, I've seen first hand what nefarious people do with this information and how it's used. We are pretty much defenseless against it at this point... and it's fucking crazy.
TikTok is even more intrusive that Facebook. AND TikTok is a Chinese Company. They make the phones and know where you are , everything you do on your phone.
Now thats impressive....amazing...astounding...incredible....off the charts.....urban legend stuff right there...i gotta try that...then again Moriarity you are all of that....
Some of my pals told me that it is impossible to live without a cellphone these days. That was 5 years ago when I got rid of my cellphone.. I don’t miss it one little bit....
Obviously they stole the insignia but not the shirt design right? I haven’t seen anything like that at the store. When I first opened the thread I thought it was a Rupaul bowling shirt.
shame payphones are gone, now you've gotta walk to the nearest house to call someone when youre hot rod breaks down
that is what I would do if I had a breakdown. I can't think of anything that has left me stranded in an old car in decades.... no hocus pocus modern stuff on my cars that can't be fixed on the road
I just went back and looked at that pirated artwork and noticed something that is quite dangerous! That engine stand has no front base so how the hell is that engine staying upright? NOSHA should be notified ASAP!!! LOL
Then you'd have to be parked in front of a computer for very long periods of time. I haven't had a TV for 15 years and fire up the laptop once in a blue moon when I have intense research project. But I've been learning g to shut odd the phone and walk away from it a few hours a day now... But I wouldn't know if I can do without it entirely.
