Northeast Ohio get together Sept. 9

Hey Northern Ohio and Western Pa. HAMBers, just letting you all know my wife and I are having a picnic and you're all invited! We'll provide the dogs, burgers, and soda. If you want to bring a covered dish it would be greatly appreciated, but not required. If you something with more kick than soda, feel free to bring your own.
So come on out and spend the afternoon in the country. It's easy to find, I live on Greenville Rd.(Rte 88) 1/8mile from Rte 45 in Bristolville. The address is 1785 Greenville Rd. Will try to make it, Going to the Ox roast on Sunday. Prolly run up with some guys from Youngstown Rod and Custom. Won't know for sure untill later this week.

 

I wrote it on my calendar.

 

Just an FYI, that's the same weekend as the Springfield Swap, so you might miss some people due to that. Good luck, though, we got a 'club type thing' going on from this board here in cincy and it's great...

Yeah Grumpy sometimes i do before i think but i'm sure Wingmans BBQ will be a more happenin place than wakeman airport I'll let ya know how the Wakemen thing went if you'll lemme know how the bbq went.

One more bump for the nightowls. The yard is mowed, the garage is clean, the shopping is done, the pop is on ice, the propane tanks are full, and I'm pooped. The only thing we need now is for you all to show up. UPS, I'm not sure how long it will last, you all can stay as long as you like. Leadsled you can meet your buyer here, I only charge a 5% commission for sales on my property, LOL. Seriosly though, I hope to see alot of you tomorrow and enjoy the sight of my yard full of cars and people. If you all need a landmark to find the place there is an '84 Chevy truck for sale at the end of the driveway.

 

Bout 40 cars or so showed to the airport thing so so bands and burlesque no food car show awards were 30 packs of a beverage from milwaukeee the kool part was the old airplanes hangin around i'll get some pics up in a new thread in aday or so gotta get the film done.Had some thunder and light show but no real rain good day nobody got arrested.

 

Well, Ol' Wingman threw a nice shindig. About 25 cars at the peak, but the weather was not so good. It rained real hard mid-day.

We had a good time, and ate alot.
